[Link] | Yesterday as I was driving down Techumseh in my red convertable mustang I was stopped at a red light. I then looked out my window and I saw a a young girl about 20 years old in a cadillac with who I presummed was her boyfriend. I heared the girl make a remark about how I thought I was so cool because I had a "stang". I then replied with "hey lady bring back your dadilac to your pops...isn't it past your bed time?" The light turned green and we took off, the girl kept mouthing off so I yelled pull over. She did. I got out of my car and she got out of hers. She walked over to my car and tried swinging, I ducked. Next I grabbed her neck from behind and bent her arm back, just enough to restrain her. I then told her, look we had our fun now get in your car. I let her go and when she came back at me I swang at her head, yes I did leave a mark. Meanwhile, the girls boyfriend was calling the police in her car. When the police showed up they asked what happened and since she had a mark on her face they believed that I assaulted her. The cops took out the handcuffs but to their surprise they couldn't handcuff me with one pair because my shoulders were too muscular they wouldn't bend back far enough. Yhe Police told me I was deamed a dangerous offender because I needed two pairs of cuffs. The other cop didn't have a pair so they had to call for another patrol car. Within four minutes the other car came screaching down the road and slid right infront of the parked cars (just like in the movies). To my surprise the new cop was my cousin. To make a long story short I was let go but the catch is that the boyfriend told the police everything. How the girl started chirping at me first and how she swung at me first. I asked him why he told them and he replied with "I really like your car...call me sometime" and he proceeded to hand my his number. I asked the girl how she liked being single and he started walking home.
Can anyone of you say you've experienced something like that?
P.S.Next time you call a psychic and they ask for your VISA number you tell them, your the psychic, you tell me.

[Link] | Yesterday I recived a text message from mark.
He said he was in Windsor and he wanted to see me.
I automatically got in my car and drove to techumseh mall to see him.
I did look hot....sorry modesty is not needed right now.
We had small talk, it was odd.
I don't know if he's ever going to talk to me again, I think my new hair due turned him off.
I wish he never called because now I keep thinking about him.
yeah, I am over him but since I saw him it just brought back memories.
No Marianne, i do not have feelings for him all over again. Well I shouldn't say that. I will always love him but do I realy want something between us? No, I don't think so.
Part of me is glad that he called, it made me feel special that he wanted to see me but the other part is pissed because now he's on my mind. I'm sure that's normal.
he was my first love, I'll never forget him but I don't think I'll ever want something between us, he screwed me up WAY too much.
Anyone have advice....should I just disregard the whole visit. I wrote him an e-mail...if he doesn't reply that I get the hint...
I have to go to bed, therapy & work are awaiting me tomorrow.

I've decided NOT to post what i have aten everyday.
I recieved some, what one might call, 'hate mail' regarding my unique ideas. BLAH 2 you!
So I will no longer tell you all my diet...It's better off that way becasue none of you can copy me and look as good as I do!! WUUDDUUUPPPP!
P.S....I wonder if I like Andrew or if I just am becasue I think he likes me.
Do you ever see yourself wanting to be friend a guy and then when he starts liking you, you feel so flattered that you soon see yourself falling for him? Is this normal?

Food, Food and more Food
From now on I am going to post ever day.
I will explain in detail what I ate throughout the whole day.
This will help me because I can back track and see what I should have left out of my diet, when I indulge and when I am eating healthy. Think this is a good idea or no?
I will begin with today. Today was bad day I must admit.
How ever..
Breakfast
1 blueberry muffine
1 peice of shepards pie
1/2 peice of bannan bread
Lunch
1 bowl of pralines and cream ice cream
1 bag of these small crispy chips
tiny peice of lemon cake/bread
one rice crispy with ice cream in the middle (my own little concauction (s.p)
Dinner
1 nectarine
small bite of chicken and steak
1 no fat vanilla yogurt
2 peices of crab with saefood sauce
*Today I ate too much and I know I did because I felt sick to my stomach.
SO I rode my bike to the bridge and those of you who do not know where I live....right by Brennan. The whole ride took 40 minutes; 20 Minutes to the bridge and then back. Then I did a major abb workout, pushups, leg weights and now I am going to work my back, butt and abbs on the pillates ball.
I also drank about 4 bottles of water and a cup of white tea. I think I am going to have another cup of tea, bottle of water and then ride my bike to work tomorrow.
Yes I am back on track.
P.S. I do ride my bike to the YMCA and back every day for work. Yes...I know I am addicted to excersice but it's all good =)
Oh and yesterday Andrew asked me to the movies, we saw Wedding Crashers and it was super funny. When I got up after the movie was finished I asked him if there was anything on my butt, he said no but asked why. SO I explained "well Andrew a few days ago my "thing" was due, so I'm just making sure it didn't come". He replied with too much information, I then said "well Andrew you did ask " =) DO you guys think I was out of line?
